What should I expect at my pool closing?

A pool closing takes longer than pool openings. In fact, they can take up to 4 hours depending on the setup. Generally, all the pool lines are blown out, antifreeze is then added to prevent any possible ice build-up, the pool equipment is winterized, the winter cover is installed, and then the water level is lowered to just below the skimmer's opening.

It is important to note that closings do not include cleaning the pool so be sure to get as much debris out as possible before the guys arrive!
